We work with a talented sewing cooperative in Queens, NYC and quality print manufacturers in the USA and abroad. If you have an idea for a product that we don’t sell, please contact us with your needs. We’d love to develop your idea with our prints.

CUSTOM PRINTS
Creating beautiful art from meaningful stories is the foundation of what we do.
Deb Chusid, the founder of Tembo NYC, has been an award winning designer, art director and creative director in the field of advertising for over 25 years. Fulfilling a greater desire to make a difference, she founded Tembo NYC in 2019. Today, she welcomes the opportunity to work directly with you to make your vision a reality.
If you have a story that you want to tell about your organization or brand , we’re honored to partner with you to create your unique design. There are 2 ways we work:
Design plus Production
We work with you to create your custom design. You commit to placing an order of 500 units of our existing products with your new custom design applied. Design fee is waived.
Design Service
We work with you to design your prints and sizing for your templates.
Based on your project, we charge a design fee that includes creative direction, illustration, and design production. Deliverable is high rez files ready for production.
Fee determined per project scope.
NON-PROFIT PARTNERSHIPS
We call ourselves “Artful Activist” and really enjoy creating prints, close relationships and fundraising initiatives with non-profits that have shared values.
